The 2023 Conference on Fully Actuated System Theory and Applications (CFASTA2023) is sponsored by Shandong University of Science and Technology, Technical Committee on Fully Actuated System Theory and Application, CAA， and is organized by the College of Electrical and Automation Engineering, Shandong University of Science and Technology. CFASTA2023 will be held in Qingdao, China, from 14 to 16 July 2023. The General Chair of this conference is Professor Guangren Duan, who is from Southern University of Science and Technology, and is academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The Program Committee Chair of this Conference is Professor Donghua Zhou, who is the vice president of Shandong University of Science and Technology, and a Fellow of Chinese Association of Automation. Its purpose is to provide an academic communication platform for scientists, engineers, and practitioners in related research fields from all over the world to show the latest developments in control theories and technical achievements. It provides a variety of opportunities for academic communication and sharing, such as keynotes, special sessions, development forums, preconference workshops, oral presentation sessions, poster sessions, and so on. CFASTA will be conducted in Chinese and English, and the papers of CFASTA in English will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore library.
