The 2023 Conference on Fully Actuated System Theory and Applications (CFASTA2023) is sponsored by Shandong University of Science and Technology, Technical Committee on Fully Actuated System Theory and Application, CAA， and is organized by the College of Electrical and Automation Engineering, Shandong University of Science and Technology. CFASTA2023 will be held in Qingdao, China, from 14 to 16 July 2023. The General Chair of this conference is Professor Guangren Duan, who is from Southern University of Science and Technology, and is academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The Program Committee Chair of this Conference is Professor Donghua Zhou, who is the vice president of Shandong University of Science and Technology, and a Fellow of Chinese Association of Automation.
